1. Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability.
Guests may be required to provide valid identification during booking or check-in.
Booking confirmation will only be guaranteed after payment confirmation or agreed deposit arrangements.
Kutoka Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by the lodge.
Full or partial payment may be required before arrival.
Any outstanding balance must be settled before check-out.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a booking has already been confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be made in advance through the official contact channels.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation period and booking conditions.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full booking charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect lodge property, staff, and other guests.
Any damage caused by a guest may result in additional charges.
Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Children Policy

Children are welcome at Kutoka Lodge.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of children during their stay.

7. Safety & Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
Kutoka Lodge is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Excessive alcohol consumption and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

9. Pets

Pets may only be allowed upon prior approval from management.

10. Force Majeure

Kutoka Lodge shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

11. Privacy Policy

Guest information collected during booking or stay will be handled with confidentiality and used only for operational and communication purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
